Banana Slice Tutorial

Description

I get a lot of comments on my other tutorials of people asking whether it's actually possible to cut the canes after baking.
You can cut your canes before or after baking. Personally I prefer baking them first, because if you do cut them before that, it's quite likely that they will get messed up on the inside. However, it does get easier if you put the canes in the freezer for about ten minutes before cutting them.
If you do choose to cut them after baking, you'll need a very sharp cutting tool like a razor blade, otherwise it probably won't work.
Apart from that, it's important that your cane is not too thick. Everything with a diameter of more that about 0,8 cm is very hard to cut. I'm not saying it's impossible, but unless you have a reeeally sharp blade, I wouldn't recommend it!

So yesterday I suddenly felt the urge to make another tutorial. And being the impatient person I am when it comes to this kind of thing, I obviously had to do it in the evening instead if waiting until the morning. So I'm really sorry for the bad lighting, I know it sucks...

This tutorial has actually been requested by quite a few people. If you want my personal opinion, I don't think these things look that much like bananas at all, but...the 'standard clay banana slice' seems to look like this, so I decided to just go along with it.

Anyway, hope you like this tutorial :)
